Attend the Veterans Day Parade in Osage Beach!

Veterans Day is this coming Monday, November 11th. If you're looking for a way to support our Veterans for their selfless acts of service, love of country, and patriotism, the Elks Lodge is having their annual Veterans Day Parade. Here at One Source Services, we think supporting our Veterans is very important. Attending the Veterans Parade in Osage Beach is a great way to show your support! Read on to get all the details for the Veterans Parade!


6th Annual Veterans Day Parade

November 9th, 2019 floats will line Osage Beach Parkway. Floats will start to line up at noon and the parade route will start at 1:00 pm.

The parade route will start at Osage Beach City Hall located at 1000 City Pkwy. in Osage Beach. The route will end at Lake of the Ozarks Elks Lodge #2517, 5161 Osage Beach Pkwy. in Osage Beach.

Show Your Support and Have Fun! 

Parades are a lot of fun to attend, and showing your support means a lot to our Veterans! The 6th Annual Veterans Day Parade will include the Lake of the Ozarks Car Club, the Fun Runners Car Club, and the Lake of the Ozarks Corvette Club along with many other local businesses and veterans from around the Lake Area. 

Hot Dogs & Chili at the Elks Lodge 

After the parade concludes, be sure to head over to the Elks Lodge. They will be serving up free hot dogs and chili for everyone who attends the parade. 

Other Ways to Show Your Support 

If you can't make it to the Veterans Day Parade, this Saturday there are plenty of other ways to show your support for our Veterans! Below are a few ideas for showing your support in honor of Veterans Day. 
  • Make a donation to a program that supports our veterans such as the local VFW, American Legion Post, or the Honor Flight Network.
  • Fly an American Flag on Veterans Day at your home or business.
  • Take time to visit a Veteran on Veterans Day 
  • Write to a Veteran.
  • Take a Veteran out for coffee, lunch, or dinner.
  • Tell a Vietnam Veteran "Welcome Home"
  • Make a commitment to volunteer 
  • Ask someone about their service. 
  • Visit a VA Hospital 
These are just a few ways that you can show your support for our Veterans on Veterans Day!
